Are there any prerequisites? Other than having a good knowledge of basic computer skills, email, and the ability to learn new systems, no. Bonus points if you're organized and have great attention to detail.
Do I need to have a real estate license to be a TC? The short answer is no. As long as you are not doing any "licensed activities". There are a couple of states that do require a TC to be licensed. If you don't want to get a real estate license that won't hold you back. The beauty of working as an independent TC means you can work in any state you want.
Will I learn the contract to close process? Yes! This is the cornerstone of the whole training. I will walk you through the process from the time you receive the contract from your agent until the transaction closes.. You will get my signature Transaction Coordinator Roadmap which includes video tutorials on what to do and when.
Do I get support, community, or 1 on 1 access to Joni? A Facebook community that's just for TC Bootcamp students. You will get the support of your peers and Joni will also be active in the community.

How much money can I expect to make as a TC? Great question. There are a few factors here. What you'll charge and how many transactions you'll process each month. It's not uncommon for TCs to close 20,30,40+ transactions each month. Some do double those numbers. If you charge $400 per transaction and close 20 that equals $8000 a month. Here's the thing...I can't promise anyone those results because it's all dependent on you and what you put into it. This is not a get-rich-quick kind of business but if you focus and dedicate yourself to doing what I show you to do and learn as much as you can the sky's the limit.
