Are there any prerequisites? Other than having a good knowledge of basic computer skills, email, and the ability to learn new systems, no. Bonus points if you're organized and have great attention to detail.
Do I need to have a real estate license to be a TC? The short answer is no. As long as you are not doing any "licensed activities". There are a couple of states that do require a TC to be licensed. If you don't want to get a real estate license that won't hold you back. The beauty of working as an independent TC means you can work in any state you want. Many TC's do decide to get their license at some point. It's a personal preference.
Will I learn the contract to close process? Yes! This is the cornerstone of the whole training. I will walk you through the process from the time you receive the contract from your agent until the transaction closes. You will have an understanding of all the tasks you need to complete and an in-depth explanation of why you're doing it. You will get an interactive checklist of tasks along with a Transaction Coordinator Roadmap that includes video tutorials to follow along with. You will learn how to calculate contingencies, calendar deadlines, who to contact during the transaction, and what to say plus so much more!

How much money can I expect to make as a TC? Great question. There are a few factors here. What you charge and how many transactions you process each month. I like to work backward and ask how much do you need to make each month to meet your financial goals? It's not uncommon for TC's to close 20,30,40+ transactions each month. Some do double those numbers. If you charge $400 per transaction and close 20 that equals $8000 a month. Here's the thing...I can't promise anyone those results because it's all dependent on you and what you put into it. This is not a get-rich-quick kind of business but if you focus and dedicate yourself to making it work and learn as much as you can the sky's the limit.
